The source of inspiration for this project is from my parents. We often have similar conversations. They ask me about my future life and study plans, but I don’t seem to ask them what they want to do when they retire, when one day if I Working and living away from home, I am curious how they plan.To this end, I set out a detailed plan, divided into primary research and secondary research, conducted interviews with retired middle-aged and elderly people in the community based on the current living environment, and then interviewed and tracked their daily life, participated in their activities, and experienced them. 

The elements of this booklet are all taken from the activity of "exercise", based on previous visual explorations, combined with different typographic forms, to make the page interactive and story-telling. The red color is chosen because it is very young and very energetic and feels very warm.
